MARIANA LODUCCA KOK
Founder of Coletivo, Mariana is a psychologist graduated from PUC / SP. He always liked to understand people's behavior, but he didn't want to do it through a couch. Mariana specializes in planning strategy, business administration and sciences applied to consumption.
He started his career in a multinational in the Human Resources area, but after 7 years, he saw that he would like to try something different.
Mariana then migrated to brand planning, branding and communication, going to work at the consultancy CO.R Strategies de Inovaçao, where she stayed for 8 years, the last 3 as partner and general director of planning.
He managed a team of 30 people, managed 20 projects simultaneously and also took care of process management, company administration and its finances, team productivity management and new business.
MAEDA CAMARCIO
Founder of Coletivo, Maeda has a degree in advertising and marketing
from ESPM, he has a master's degree in Management and Cultural Cooperation at the University from Barcelona.
As a show producer, she brought
to Municipal Theaters from São Paulo and Rio operas such as Madame Butterfly and Carmen.
Was New Business and Coordinator Strategic Partnerships in the Doctors of Alegria and at the agent agency of Fashion, Maeda led projects
co-branding between brands and stylists,
working with clients like Avon and Kimberly-Clark and fashion brands like Isabela Capeto, Ronaldo Fraga and Neon.
In recent years Maeda has been director of CO.R Inovação planning, where fell in love with research as
tools for storytelling and direct business and led cases for companies such as Rede Globo, MasterCard, Hypermarcas, Itaú and Natura.
MARI ZAMPOL
Graduated in Communication at ESPM, she
university extension courses
in sociology at PUC and Management of the 3rd
Sector at FGV. Cases like Ariel's release in
Brazil [P&G] and Bradesco Prime, activation strategies for GM and Carrefour, Positioning
communication for Nestle brands, Ipiranga, NET, Nokia, HSBC make up the your portfolio in planning communication and brand building.
This experience was built on national and international agencies, among them MPM Casa Branca, Salles, Publicis and Talent.
Participated in CO.R startup Innovation Strategies where worked for 3 years.
He was part of the creation of the Group
SP Planning. Part of the teaching team
from the Planning BootCamp, sponsored by Miami Ad School in partnership with ESPM.

KARINA
PRINCE
Karina has a degree in communication (UFF), a master's degree in administration from COPPEAD/UFRJ and a postgraduate degree in marketing (PUC-RJ). Founder of Umanità Pesquisa Qualitativa, her clients include the Globo group (open TV, subscription and streaming), Coca-Cola, Akatu (conscious consumption), O Boticário. Karina is the Rio branch of Coletivo Tsuru. Always in a good mood and inspired, she transforms all subjects into powerful insights.
DESIRÉE MARANTES

Desirée Marantes has a degree in advertising and music and a specialization in marketing. Specialist in desk research, trend analysis, planning and development of strategic content. She is a music producer and multi-instrumentalist, working solo and with projects such as Sara não tem Nome, Harmonicos do Universo and Dino & Desi. She was the founder of the trend website "Ponto Eletrônico", the music label Hérnia de Discos, which worked with LGBTQIA+ artists and Girls Rock Camp Porto Alegre.
Since 2018, she has coordinated all stages of desk research and trends in Coletivo Tsuru projects. She also leads a diversity team at the Tsuru, selected by project, as well as prospecting projects to study the habits and behaviors of this audience.
Graduated in Fashion Design at Belas Artes/SP, with
specializations in Fashion Business - Advertising, Promotion
and Styling by FIT in New York, Image Consulting
from IED/SP, Visual Anthropology and Social History of Art from
PUC/SP. She worked as a costume designer and fashion producer for 11
years old. During this period, he walked paths that flirted with the
press office market, communication,
behavior and education, even teaching classes in the
Senac/SP.
He loves art, is always doing embroidery and is a dog lover of
little wallet.
PRISCILA CRISPIM
Priscila Crispim is an advertiser, documentary filmmaker, is studying to become a psychoanalyst, mother, born in São Paulo.
She has been moving around the world looking and actively listening since 2010, when she began her career as a field researcher.
She worked for different research agencies, participated in many projects that mapped different behavioral and consumer movements that contributed to the development of new ideas and languages.
Collecting stories, people, creating bridges between perspectives and contexts that together can transform a perspective or the world, is her passion.

Douglas is director of communications strategy and digital marketing specialist, with more than 15 years of experience. He has worked with brands such as Brahma, Skol, Nestlé and Mercado Livre, creating award-winning campaigns, including a Golden Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Gabriel is advertiser and designer, a fundamental expert in all Coletivo Tsuru's projects: how to give life and shape to our analyses. He is one of the founding partners of Estudio WOW, Tsuru's partner in all matters related to design.
IVANA
SILVA
Ivana has a degree in Public Relations from Faculdade Cásper Líbero/SP, with specializations in Cultural Management from SENAC/SP and Media, and Information and Culture from the School of Communication and Arts at the University of São Paulo. Curious professional in constant search for learning. She worked in the areas of cultural production, cultural marketing and audiovisual advertising production. Upon understanding that her motivation lies in moments of exchange, generous listening, observation and understanding of different behaviors and cultures, she began to study and develop in the area of market research.
