Founder of Coletivo, Mariana is a psychologist graduated from PUC / SP. He always liked to understand people's behavior, but he didn't want to do it through a couch. Mariana specializes in planning

strategy, business administration and sciences applied to consumption.

He started his career in a multinational in the Human Resources area, but after 7 years, he saw that he would like to try something different.

Mariana then migrated to brand planning, branding and communication, going to work at the consultancy CO.R Strategies de Inovaçao, where she stayed for 8 years, the last 3 as partner and general director of planning.

He managed a team of 30 people, managed 20 projects simultaneously and also took care of process management, company administration and its finances, team productivity management and new business.

 

Founder of Coletivo, Maeda has a degree in advertising and marketing
from ESPM, he has a master's degree in Management
and Cultural Cooperation at the University
from Barcelona.
As a show producer, she brought
to Municipal Theaters
from São Paulo and Rio operas such as
Madame Butterfly and Carmen.

Alegria and at the agent agency
of Fashion, Maeda led projects
co-branding between brands and stylists,
working with clients like Avon and
Kimberly-Clark and fashion brands like
Isabela Capeto,
Ronaldo Fraga and Neon.
In recent years Maeda has been director of
CO.R Inovação planning, where
fell in love with research as
tools for storytelling and
direct business
and led cases for companies
such as Rede Globo,
MasterCard, Hypermarcas,
Itaú and Natura.

Graduated in Communication at ESPM, she

in sociology at PUC and Management of the 3rd
Sector at FGV.

Karina has a degree in communication, a master's degree in administration and a postgraduate degree in marketing from PUC-RJ.

Carioca, he taught the disciplines of marketing research and consumer behavior in MBA courses at Ibmec - RJ and FGV, in addition to being a speaker at different institutions.

Founder of Umanitá Pesquisa, her main clients are Rede Globo, Globosat, Coca-Cola, Oi, Sul América, O Boticário, among others.

Karina is the Rio branch of the Coletivo.

Always humorous and inspired, she makes sure that all subjects are always turned into powerful insights.

ALARCON

MARIANA 
VITAL

Graduated in Environmental Chemistry from USP, post-graduated in

education and currently studying Sociopsychology at FESPSP.

She worked as a chemist in companies such as Colgate Palmolive,

Reckitt Benckiser and CETESB, but over time, interest in

studying behavior grew and it no longer fit in the

career he was following.

Market research apprentice and creator of the

@bordadismo, a passion for the manual arts that ended up

turning into a side project.

Graduated in Fashion Design at Belas Artes/SP, with

specializations in Fashion Business - Advertising, Promotion

and Styling by FIT in New York, Image Consulting

from IED/SP, Visual Anthropology and Social History of Art from

PUC/SP. She worked as a costume designer and fashion producer for 11

years old. During this period, he walked paths that flirted with the

press office market, communication,

behavior and education, even teaching classes in the

Senac/SP.

He loves art, is always doing embroidery and is a dog lover of

little wallet.
