Founder of Coletivo, Mariana is a psychologist graduated by PUC/SP. She has always enjoyed understanding the behavior of people, but she didn’t want to do that at a divan. Mariana then specialized in strategic planning, business administration, and sciences applied to consumption.
She started her career at a multinational in the area of Human Resources, but after 7 years,
She realized she wanted to try something different.
Mariana then migrated to brand planning, branding and communication, starting to work at CO.R Estratégias de Inovação, where she worked for 8 years, the last three as partner and planning officer. She led a 30-people team, managing 20 project ts simultaneously and also caring for process management, company and financial management, management of the productivity of the team and new business.
Miguel is collaborating professor- in Letters and Drama at PUC-Rio, He has master’s and a Ph.D degrees in Literature Studies by the same institution, where he is currently engaged in his Post-Doctorate research: Culture Collectives: An experience of common policies in the city of Rio de Janeiro. He is experienced in Literature and Sociology, emphasizing Brazilian Culture, Popular Music, drama, and Contemporary Cultural Production. He also acts as coordinator of the extension and post-graduation course in Literature, Arts, and Contemporary Thinking at PUC-Rio.
He is a collaborator and an important project consultant.
Founder of Coletivo, Maeda is graduate in advertising and marketing by ESPM. She has a master’s degree in Management and Cultural Cooperation at the University of Barcelona.
As producer, she presented at the Teatros Municipais in São Paulo and Rio, operas like Madame Butterfly and Carmem.
She acted as New Business and Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships at Doutores da Alegria and Agente de Moda, Maeda led co-branding projects between brands and stylists, working with clients like Avon and Kimberly-Clark and fashion brands like Isabela Capeto, Ronaldo Fraga and Neon.
In recent years, Maeda was planning officer of CO.R Inovação, where she fell in love with researches as tools to tell stories and drive businesses and led cases for important brands like Rede Globo, MasterCard, Hypermarcas, Itaú and Natura.
Karina is graduate in Communication, with master’s degree in administration and post-graduation in marketing by PUC-RJ.
From Rio de Janeiro, she taught marketing research and consumer behavior in MBA courses at Ibmec - RJ and FGV, and is a speaker in different institutions.
Founder of Umanità Pesquisa, her main clients are Rede Globo, Globosat, Coca-Cola, Oi, Sul América, O Boticario and others.
Karina is the arm in Rio of the Coletivo. Always in a good mood and inspired, she turns every subject into powerful insights.
Graduate in Communication by ESPM, she has extension courses in sociology at PUC and Management of the Third Sector at FGV.
Cases like the release of Ariel in Brazil [P&G] and Bradesco Prime, activation strategies for GM and Carrefour, Communication positioning for Nestle, Ipiranga, NET, Nokia, HSBC comprise her portfolio in communication planning and brand construction.
This experience was built in national and international agencies, including MPM Casa Branca, Salles, Publicis and Talent.
She participated in the startup of CO.R Estratégias de Inovação where she worked for 3 years.
She was part of the creation of the Grupo
de Planejamento de SP.
She is part of the team of teachers at the Planning BootCamp, promoted by Miami Ad School

Actress, writer, drama writer, improviser. Cristiane is our content arm. With an eclectic formation, architecture and urbanism at Mackenzie, History and Phylosophy at USP and Actress by Senac and EAD and writer at courses with people like Robert McKee and William Rabkin. Cris is founder of the theater group As Olívias, she has shad several works in theater and on the web, as well as corporate events in companies like Coca_Cola, Itaú, Whirpool, and others.
Gabriela is a senior professional in the marketing and business areas, graduate in Social Communication (ESPM-SP), with post-graduation in Business Administration (FGV-PR) and a specialization in Marketing Excellence and Organizational Transformation (INSEAD). She worked for over 16 years as officer in large multinational companies like Nokia, Diageo, Nestle, Kraft Foods and Credicard, lways managing and developing business and brands.
She dealt with large local (Brazil) and regional (Latin America) challenges, as for instance: planning and deployment of multifunctional projects; going deepm into the universe of consumers with their behaviors and needs; design and execution of growth strategies and, lastly, leadership and development of high performance people and team.
Graduate in Social Communication by ECA-USP / La Sapienza Università di Roma, she is a researcher of content and behavior and consumption trends for brands. She has worked at places like Nielsen and TNS, and she has acted in partnership with innovation consultants like BOX1824 and CO.R Inovação, with clients like Ambev, Natura, Itaú, Vivo, Twitter, Spotify,, Nestlè, BRF, Colgate, Globo, and others. In recent years, she has been dedicated to the study of trends, innovation, and audiovisual narratives. She is passionate by travelling, cinema e and Italian culture.
Graduated in Environmental Chemistry at USP, postgraduate in
education and currently studying Sociopsicologia at FESPSP.
Diana acted as a chemist at companies such as Colgate
Palmolive, Reckitt Benckiser and CETESB, but over time her
interest in studying behavior grew and she could no longer fit into
the career she had been following.
Apprentice researcher and idealizer of @adordadismo, a passion
for the manual arts that turned out to be a parallel project.
Marina has a degree in Social Communication from the USP
and a master's degree in Communication and Information from
the University of Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3. She has worked
in cinema, television, marketing and social networks ... After a
lot of work, she fell in love with the Research and Trends area.
Marina has worked at CO.R Inovação and Box1824, where
she has participated in projects for several companies,
including Rede Globo, Coca-Cola, Turner, C & A, Ambev and
others. Today, she is dedicated to expand the frontiers of her
research from Brazil to the world.
Mariana graduated in Fashion Design by Belas Artes / SP, with
specialization in Fashion Business - Advertising, Promotion
and Styling by FIT in New York, Image Consulting by IED / SP,
Visual Anthropology and Social History of Art by PUC / SP.
She acted as costume designer and fashion producer for 11
years. During this period, she followed paths that flirted with
press, communication, behavior and education market, even
teaching classes at Senac / SP.
She loves art, is always doing embroidery and is a dog lover.
