The Data Protection Law (LGPD in Brazil – Law No. 13.709/2018) is the Brazilian law that has as its principle ensuring transparency and regulation in dealing with personal data. Coletivo Tsuru reinforces its commitment and unrestrained and unconditional support to the right to privacy and data protection of its holders, allied to the transparency and regulation during the treatment of such data.
